Production process.
The production of a steel structure begins with the acceptance and analysis of the order by the technological and construction department.
Steel elements manufactured at Expom are equipped on site with mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems – thanks to this, after leaving the factory, we have the final product, ready to work and adapted to the requirements of a given market. Structures intended for use in difficult conditions meet the highest standards of anti-corrosion protection (FROSIO III, NACE)
Production quality
The final structure is tested by independent certification bodies, and then, after the customer’s approval, it is disassembled, re-painted and prepared for shipment to various parts of the world.
The entire production process in 9 Expom production halls is subject to strict control and is subject to high quality requirements in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015
